AV: Ut oh, here comes my two o'clock appointment! She's early and I'm not sure what to do with those curls.
AV: Okay now J, do you want it a little fuller on top or would you rather I thin it out?
AV: I'll give you a little eye massage while you think about it.
JL: That feels great! Let's go with the fuller look.
